DBAccess has a new Intranet

With the intrigue slogan “We moved, and not precisely out of our offices”, we carried out the launch campaign for the new DBAccess Intranet last November.To access it, anyone can follow a link located at the top left of our web page: www.dbaccess.com
The Intranet allows all of us—DBAccess team members—to access the most relevant information about the company’s processes, formats and documents, as well as to the business systems that support and aid our everyday work; all this under a philosophy of quality and a shared work vision.
The user can read news that are updated daily, participate in forums, and learn about company events and news. There are presentations and desktop backgrounds to be downloaded too.
To foster constant upgrading and universal participation in the maintenance of this important tool, its administration will be shared among designated people belonging to all managerial and functional areas of the organization.
Documents describing whose responsibility it is to upgrade content and how it should be done are available in the Intranet itself. Everyone’s commitment to upgrading content is absolutely necessary in order to keep the Intranet useful, relevant, able to truly support each one of us in our work.
“Moving to the Intranet” implies assuming the use of this work tool to help us be aware of all relevant information, and thus be more productive as workers and better aligned as an organization.
